Update: Purchasing vouchers

Dear Customers
We have unfortunately had to close our doors once again in line with the latest government advise.
If you have a gift voucher we will once again freeze the expiry until after the lockdown.
If you would like to purchase a voucher during lock down we will be manning our phones each Wednesday between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00.
You should note that whilst we are able to sell you a voucher we are unable to guarantee when you will be able to use it due to COVID-19.  Vouchers are non-refundable and you are accepting this risk at time of purchase.
You will not be able to book your voucher flight during any lockdown period as we have no staff available during these times to take the booking.
